IFAREN (French Institute for Energetic Arts) was born from a desire to offer a broad choice of innovative trainings in the field of personal growth, self- improvement, health and happiness. It offers programs of all levels, from initiation to certificate courses.

Reestablish a connection between body, mind and energy: see yourself and get a sense of who you are as a human being. Get a sense of what is your place in the whole world and the universe, a microcosm in a macrocosm. “You are connected to the world, and the world is connected to the Universe. Everything is seen as one entity”. This humanistic ideal can be lived in all its fullness in daily life if we choose to live so. Body, mind and energy are like three doors to better harmony. Their connection and interaction become a way of life, which supports physical and mental growth. This is a well-accepted fact in eastern cultures. In the western culture, however, we are still not fully aware of these principles. But it won’t be long until they are more widely recognized, as the connection between body, mind and energy is essential.
IFAREN offers you an ensemble of revolutionary techniques to explore the field of personal growth and self-improvement for better health and happiness. Traditional practices adapted to all levels, from initiation level to advanced training, are presented through courses, workshops and special training programs. IFAREN offers a complete range of trainings in the field.
Each door of Body, Mind, and Energy, can be open and explored individually. Each of them constitutes an important chapter in your personal growth, while they all have a connection with one another. Our trainings will give you a start in this process, and will go a long way toward your serenity. Quoting Confucius: “ the ideal human being must be able to live between Earth and Heaven. His nose close enough to earth in order to draw attention to it. But without keeping it too close to earth, or he won’t see what’s around anymore. On the opposite, he must also know how to raise his nose towards the Heavens, so as to connect both realms. But without raising his nose too high, or he will loose himself above where nothing is human anymore”.
